Thrive & Shine with the 5 Second Rule
The Caroline County Public Library invites you to join us for the third Tuesday in July in Federalsburg for the summer series of Thrive & Shine. Each session explores wellness topics through a text in our collection, with a peer-led discussion designed to inspire one another. Mark your calendars for Tuesday, July 17th, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Federalsburg branch to discuss The Five Second Rule by Mel Robbins. This session will include an overview of the text, with a focus on mindfulness, goal setting, and daily practices. Please note that reading the book is not required.
