Studies now show that more half of those who are now working from home are not ready to go back to the office. Considering that one third of our life is spent at work, many organizational leaders are beginning to explore how our workplaces can have a profound impact on our mental health and well-being. Research shows that almost 50% of women believe that work contributed to their mental health and wellness. In the ongoing battle for work-life- balance, flexible hours and location can promote employee engagement, satisfaction, and overall productivity.
